However, if a phone can be deemed malfunctioning with evidence of said issue, we are more than happy to remedy the issue you are experiencing by offering returns for in store credit toward the purchase of another phone, or fixing any hardware related malfunction you are experiencing, not caused by the user. With the purchase of one of our high quality, guaranteed used phones, you will have 30 days to voice any complaints about the phone you receive which we will then verify and work quickly and efficiently to remedy.
